dear qorux
my best wishes for you. wherever you live and where ever you go, my best wishes go with you.
this is the odd time  for me today since you guided me to carry on  writing in this forum and seeking a lot of invaluable information from you.
i am writing this letter to seek an important instruction from you. i am in deep deep trouble with my initial application to the cio, Canada.  its very urgent and your suggestion will relieve me of the painful tension i am carrying with.please  have a look in the following information.
i , for the first time applied for permanent residence in 2008 but i  withdrawn it due my financial inconvenience . i was in short of fund then. i withdrawn it explaining my personal inconvenience. they withdraw my application. in the year 2009 on December 12, i applied again for permanent residence in Canada. unfortunately and undauntedly, i missed the question no.09 of the background schedule. and i ticked "NO".
After that , i sent my  initial application to the CIO and gut first AOR and i send my full docs in early May, 2010. after sending the full docs , they issued a second AOR . e-cas status shows "received by visa office " and they are pending review.
again, i would like to draw your kind attention here that i missed the question on the ground that i withdrawn the application  and i applied no more. may be what a fool head , am I? please
under the circumstances, i would request you to think over the issue and suggest me what to do best for giving a little light to my permanent residence application.
please if you could  spare your valuable time here, i would be very happy.
best regards.

Just write to them as soon as possible about the oversight. It also happened to me but I wrote to them at the time I submitted my documents and received my 2nd AOR about 3 weeks later.

PUT a covering letter to your visa office, fill up the background decl form again and tick point 9 and write the reason there withdrawn due to insufficient funds, give ur file number and visa office details too. It will be fine.

Hi Dear...

Dont worry ... just send them a cover letter along with the revised documents explaining them you didnt answer the question.

As long as you update them and tell them they will consider that and will take that into consideration.

And make sure you do this asap ...
