Interview........: 21-10-2010
Passport Req..: 15-11-2010
VISA ISSUED...: not yet...
LANDED..........: just waiting...

Please give your opinion on following questions:-

1. It been 4 months, but I am still waiting for my VISA from CHC New Delhi.


2. My passport is going to expire in the month of May, 2011 and I am still under process.


3. I have sent case specific enquiry on 01 March, 2011, but still not get any reply.

No one can help you in this matter except the almighty God. Pray!.
As it is already 4 months, you may get it back at any time. However, you can still wait for a reply to your inquiry. You should have tried to re-new your passport before submitting for visa.

Ur passports just had a time period of 6 months for expiry at the time of submission. You should have renewed it earlier and sent for visa stamping. You better put a case specific enquiry , get ur passport back, renew it and re-submit for stamping as they will not stamp visas on a passport nearing expiry.
