A Chinese national, have been working in US for the last 18 months.
If submit the WP application (
under the IT workers program
) through Buffalo in person, will they require
medical examination
or
police certificate
?
I have to fly to Buffalo, so I want to know how soon I can get the WP to arrange the trip, etc.
Anyone had similar experience?
