Hi All,

I have submitted my full documents on 19 June 2010 till date the status is showing recieved By visa office does any body has any idea or any similar cases i have applied under 0213 catagory

i have the same timliness like file transferred in june... same NOC 0213... awaitng medicals

status is Received by Visa Office... ..

Have u applied by own or through consultant ? Have u done any correspondence with embassy regarding ur status check..

i ahve applied thorugh consultant... i have got my second AOR in october...but after tht nothign heard from visa office... estatus is received by vis office...

?

nitin can you tell us that your e-case before did you seen in-process after getting 2nd AOr?
me too waiting for Medical but I am waiting for medical since mid of December 2010, yes I have to wait more, but what about your E-case was in Process before? if yes then dontworry you can get soon something from CHC, you can also send query to CHC and even you can also ask to generate for CAIPS notes.... read more about caips note here in the forum using search option.
I suggest you to contact VO/CHC with your 2nd AOR regarding your status.... thats the better way to get exact process answer from VO.

Thanks for your reply i contacted the VO to check my application status as i have applied my case through consultant i have recieved a standard reply which was also sent to all previous applicants who are waiting for Medical.

yes but what reply you got by VO? as I know there are no common msg for all applicant but msg mail or post generated by vo depend on your full documents submitted and process flow of applicants, yes process flow is same for all, but the vo evaluate your case based on your application only.
there are nothing more you have to wait if VO not replied about your status. what your consultant say? he generate CAIPS note?
ask him to generate CAIPS note. CAIPS note will explain complete flow step by step regarding your case only, this note will not same as another person even it will show you your points and where process stop or what level you reach in second stage. best way to generate CAIPS  note because you wait from june 2010... its such long time wait.

but remember CAIPS note is paid service. Read more about it and even you  can also apply directly. see how to apply page and fees structured on  http://www.caips.ca
