Hi all,
 
  I tried to read exisitng threads for IT Business Analysts' eligibility for immigration to CA with current quotas and rules but found none. So starting new thread here.

Could you please let me know what is the process? Do I have to have a TFL certification with scale of medium proficiency?

I have consulted Y-Axis and he says a local French Certification shall qualify me...is that true?

Has anyone had such a situation?If so please feelfree to share your experience and thoughts.....
