Guys,

I'm facing following issues:
1) In my wife's all the documents (Including marksheets and passport) she only has first name and no family name, the new generic form does not allow me to generate bar code becasue as per them this is an error, any suggestion what to do?? so far in all her previous visas whereever familiy name is mandatory i simply put first name in first name and first name again in family name. and it worked :-) not sure what to do this time?
2) Also,  one more issue in her passport , her father's family name is mentioned in her passport and in all other documents like marksheet, marriage certifiates etc only first and middle name of her father is mentioned.. any idea what should i do?? correction from MEA on urgent basis is out of question. - Though i'm attaching a affidavit from her mother stating her husband used both the name ( ie with and without family names) but they both belong to the same person.

big confusion guys, I'm anywyas late for NOC 1122 due to IELTS and managing documents from India.. any suggestions for me now???

You have to add your family name in her passport (might be needed new passport) for that you have to visit india along with your all docs

Try to enter Not Applicable...And also write a cover letter explaining why. BTW what is in the Passport? I mean First Name and Family Name. Try to go accordingly.

Also affidavit for Father's name problem is all you can do. OR offcourse get a new passport with similar names. BUT you will run out of CAP for 1122. Till now they have not updated the CAP list as well, so you dont have any idea where it is headed.

Anyways I guess affidavit is the only option left.

Thanks !! Will definetely try not applicable thing too.
Tomorrow I'm finalising the docs and will post on Monday.
As per passport: her family name is blank, just her first name is mentioned.

Hmm.. even i'm worried about the runout of cap, but was stuck to arrange IELTS and transcipts :-( will really feel bad as i put lot of effort to manage my docs from india and as per current assesment i'm scoring 82 and i dont know what will be the eligibility next year :-)

Welcome.
CAP is still at low levels, so dont haste. Just take your time and send application with everything done.

Thanks Partner !!

to be honest i'm not so convinced with this 52 number story, i feel the interpretation is something else for these 52 completed applications.

my wild guess : may be the process to decide the completeness of the application is 20 days long so the application recieved after 5th july are still in process and  certainly ahead of late applicants like me in the queue :-)

do you have any idea on this??
Im very new in this forum and process :-) anyways sending my docs on monday and lets see as i dont worry much for the things which are not in my control.

No idea about the CAP. I guess no one (not even CIO Smiley ) can tell you when the CAP will reach. BUT from the things it looks that if you send it by Monday and it reached by Thursday, you will be fine.
Make sure to use good courier with Tracking, like FedEx or DHL etc, whatever is better in your country.
BEST OF LUCK.
