Please help... My brother was approved of working visa/permit for Alberta province. But he'll be buying a ticket Manila to Winnpeg via Vancouver, instead Manila - Calgary via Vancouver because he is going to visit our relatives in Winnipeg for about less than a week, prior to working in Alberta.  Wouldn't be any problem on that, in the immigration in Vancouver if they see the tickets? Or no issue at all? Thank you guys who are willing to give advice.

Just tell them what the plan is; I wouldn't expect there will be an issue.  Of course, if he has documentation to support that it wouldn't hurt either, but I suspect they won't even ask to see his plane ticket as all his other documents are in order.
