Issue with DMP procedures, pls help out

Hi guys, how are you?

This is an odd situation I would like your input: To make a long story short we finally received request for medicals. I live in London, UK. I am the dependant in the application. The main applicant is US national living in the US, so our application is with Canadian Consulate in the USA.

In the medical instructions CIC sent me (Section A) it clearly states the DMP should foward all medical results + xrays to CIC Health Programs in Ottawa, ON. They emphasize: "To avoid unnecessary delays ensure the physician forwards all original results + xrays to CIC Health Programs in Ottawa."

Now here is the problem: I live in the UK. All London DMP I contacted will not follow this request, saying they are only allowed to foward results to Canadian High Commission on London! I explained to them this is not good to me because I have not applied from that office and this is not what CIC wants me do to. DMP said they cant do anything.

I know if this documents get sent to High Commission in London, it will delay my application because they receive it, turn around and send to Ottawa anyway but he problem I have it not being able to follow instructions CIC has given in my application.

What can I do? Any ideas or anyone been thru this before? Please help me out...

Well, I have no idea , hopefully some one will reply soon with experience and from Uk, take my re`ply as Bump only.  I would like to know, seniors, its not possibly to take results and forward them personaly??

Please include your input, if its possible , Op could take results from DMP and forward them to CIC  ?

It is not that they are not supposed to send them anywhere else other than London, it just means they are cheap.  Offer to pay for the courier costs to Ottawa.
