Wsalam

There is a thread for Islamabad applicants which is quite active on this forum.

To answer your question, they ask you to fill out applicant's immigration forms again for updated info. They also ask for an updated police clearence certificate.  Just wait till you get the request letter as it doesn't take too much time to fill out the forms assuming you saved a copy of the original ones you sent. It takes maximum 2-3 days for the PCC  so in total it might take you a week to send them together. The initial review is done after 10-12 months of the file transfer. Hope it helps.
