I am applying for PR under CEC, I am submitting the employment letter, Pay stubs, latest notice of assessment and T4 along with my current WP. I was wondering if should still submit the employment contract/ deputation letter. Please advise.

The following is mentioned in the document checklist.

"Additional supporting documents may include

Copies of work contracts
Copies of pay stubs"

If you have it, then submit it. Saves you the trouble of sending it again in case they ask for it later.

Best of luck

Some intra-company transfers on this forum submitted a deputation letter and then the VO later asked for a "no financial obligation letter". Search the forum for these threads and make sure you have everything covered.
