Hello All,

Nice to see the reponses here for questions related to Canada immigration.

I don't know where to start. I took a look at the quebec immigration website but a little confused here.

Is this the correct form? immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/Application-selection-certificate-dyn
Unable to post links so left out the www part of the link.

Any help will be useful. Thank you.
