I have got 2 Visa officer's email address from CAIPS note; 1 in Mississauga and another 1 in the local visa office. Is this safe to send any or both of them email about the requested documents I sent to Mississauga about 40 days ago?

Best way is to contact your local CHC by emailing them on their official email address, my experience on this so far is very positive, I got 9 replies out of 10, no luck so far though, its just that they acknowledged everytime they received my email!

I need to contact CPC Missussauga not local office. Mu local office is very good at replying my emails but now they are waiting for CPC-M's decision to move forward.
