is this person gonna get deported ?

He came to Canada since 2009 as international student under study permit
and  he is under control of sponsorship because hes underage.
Then he decided to move out to lives alone .
He's been out of school for almost a year until now .
he currently works in some kind of cash job without paying tax to the government .
So if this guy gets caught , is he gonna get deported from Canada ?
Or all the faults must be blame on his guardian.
He's still underage .
