Seniors plz help
IS THIS OK ?
I have STAPLED similar form pages including any extra sheet and PAPER CLIPPED the whole application .

My job duties did not fit on the space provided so i wrote them in a word document like mentioned below and took print out on the blank paper

Please note that the format is not exactly the same . should it be same ? can i take the extra print out from the form for above 2 questions except the MAIN DUTIES because the wording in the JOB DUTIES does not fit in the space provided.
and if i take the extra print out from the form, what should i write in questions that i have answered before?

Hi,
My opinion, you did a good job!!.
For additional sheets, you can make rows and colums exactly with headings as in the form, on MS Excel. If you are printing IMM---- forms, as you said there will be colums which already filled up. There is no problem even if you cross out the unwanted colums with pen. But, if you create worksheets on 'excel' you can make your own size to fit the contents.
