hello seniors..please guide..

first question: is ministry of foreign affairs stamp required in notarized or translated documents for skilled worker category?

second question: for translated copies or any notarized documents...cic requires to print the following..

‘‘I certify that this is a true copy of the original document''
•
the name of the original document
•
the date of the certification
•
his or her name
•
his or her official position or title
•
his or her signature

MY COUNTRY NOTARY PUBLIC DOESN'T HAVE THIS TYPE OF CUSTOM RUBBER STAMP,, SO MY QUESTION IS.. do he need to write those words in the document or print it out with a stamp...very confused..

On our papers it was written with Hand...
‘‘Certified true copy of the original document''

The name of the official (by hand) and above it the Signature of the official and his Rubber stamp.

Then there is date, by hand, under the official's name or signature.

Idea is to get the documents Notarized by Authorize individuals.
