MY FEES IS 13800/YR AND LIVING EXPENSES ARE 10000/YR AND TRAVEL EXP ARE 3000/YR.

MY CONSULTANT IS ASKIN ME TO PAY OFF THE WHOLE 1ST YR TUITION FEE INSTEAD OF 1ST SEMESTER FEE. IF I GO ACCORDIN TO HER, DO I JUST HAVE TO SHOW 13000CAD IN THE FORM OF LOAN??

ALSO, IS IT GONNA BE ANY BENEFICIAL , IF I PAY THE WHOLE ONE YR FEE FOR THE VISA??

It's ok to pay fee but still ur loan shud be 8-10 lacs nd not less than that !!!

Yep buddy,
just provide them income proof like ITR.
If there is any agriculture income provide them crop selling bills too.

yes it is not major issue.we can overcome on it.

see this could be seen as both negative and positive, if u have proper income docs and loan no issues in payin full year fee, if u have poor docs payin 1st year in advance is negative as u r tryin to hide ur source of income/ that means u dont have a proper source of income and uve jus arranged money from sumwer and u'll have to work in canada to survive !! I think u got my point!!

Hi Deepak. That was a good point. But I was just wondering that what u meant by proper income docs . I mean we r only supposed to show a bank letter and the fee receipt right.

Please correct me if I was wrong.....

Abhi !! what I'm saying is if I say my income is 12 lacs PA, if there are deposits in my account which are not in line with my income is a huge huge Negative point !!! for eg every month im depositin 1 lac thats fine coz my income is 12 lacs but if I deposit 2 lacs thats a big problem !!! what im sayin is if ur loan is 8-10 lacs why u wanna pay full year fee ? show rest of the money in ur account only if u r meetin above mentioned criteria !!! otherwise pay full fee and ur loan but also show money in ur account as they wanna see that ur sponsor is having a consistent income (monthly deposits) thats very very imp !!!!
