Is this a valid email add for Canada Immig

Hi anybody knows or can recognize this email address caq @ hrsdc-cic-gc.ca, Is this really a legit email address for Citizenship & Immigration Canada particularly for the Certificate of Acceptance sections. We're on the process of application for certificate of acceptance, and someone checked the genuineness of Cruz Sea Food which is engage with Global Jobs Consultancy inc. I need to check all the angles and data i received. Thanks again..

Aha i see, that's why I'm in doubt because the website for Citizenship & Immigration Canada is cic.gc.ca and found the domain for the email address was @ hrsdc-cic-gc.ca.. Huh
