Hi All,
          I got an email from Buffalo.

Application #:XXXXXXX

Paper file #: XXXXXXXX

Dear Applicant:

This is to advise you that your application for permanent residence has been received at the Regional Programme Centre (RPC) and that a file has been created for you. Your application and paper file numbers appear above. Quote these numbers when corresponding with our office.


The application # and file # are different.Is it second AOR from buffalo or should I still wait for 2nd AOR?
