is there is any difference between Application number and File Number....

after Medical papers i have to send some required papers to London office. they want me to write down file number on every document. But i wrote application number what should i do now??

just remember that file number always start with B. if u wrote any thing else than its wrong. just check the copies of ur documents if its start with B than its correct.

what should i do now? email send to them through their site email facility. i will send a photocopy of sent papers again. but one thing i want to tell here, they didn't mention my file number at any page on medical request papers. need guidance. can they trace my papers through Application #
