Thanks androme! I have been surfing the site that you gave me. If I may ask: Is it possible that Canadian employers give me offer of employment being a foreign worker? And without having taken the "Licensure exams of provincial/territory" because I am outside Canada? I understand it's one of the vital requirements for considering a worker, but how would I be able to have that as I am not there?

I have this thought that Canadian employers might consider looking for RNs who landed in Canada by Federal Skilled Worker Program, because they are already in Canada. But I believe Canada is experiencing labor shortage in nursing occupations and hope they would somehow create a program for TFW like us who are willing to share our experience in profession.. Thank you...
