If I withdraw my refugee claim, in the future, i want to apply for work permit, would immigration check my refugee withdraw history and reject my application?

Look to be totally honest with you, after reading all your posts, you really do not have any chance.

You are not a refugee. You are using the system to try and stay in Canada, as you do not qualify in any other group. Why not withdraw your application, go back to Mexico, work and go to school and try to come back to Canada the legal and correct way, as a skilled worker.

Canada will not issue you a work visa, they will refuse your refugee application and probably issue you a removal order. Probably best to leave yourself with dignity.
