I overstayed my study permit about 10months ........

i got a letter from immigration canada that i should leave canada within 30days

so i went back to my country... and i just want to re apply...

I heard that there is a penalty who overstay their visas...

If there is so, How long will it be?

I must go back to Canada to finish my college... well i did not even start the college yet just got accepted on Feb 2007, and supposed to be start on Sept 2007, but i move it to jan 2008 because of my study permit.

I graduated elementary and high school in Canada, if i dont go back to canada, there is nothing i can do in my country....whole education systems are different so i cannot catch it up...

So please people post some informations about this problem....

Help~ thank you all and have a great day.
