Dear all,

I am from Bangladesh and planning for study in canada. Now I am in
critical situation and not getting any proper information for
handling this thats why i am looking for your help.My wife is an USA
immigrant and applied for me for immigration but it is a long process
to complete. My case is now in NVC and instructed that i have to
inform them on any changes of my personal situation .Now i am
planning for studying in canada for MSc in CSE and my wife want to
sponsor for my study in canada.I have contacted with american center
regarding the situation but they told me that they cann't say
wheather my planning for study in canada may cause future problem for
immigration in USA or not.I dont waste my time any longer.I want to
complete my MSC in canada. Now my question is...

1.Can i go to canada for further study while my immigration
case with NVC?

2.Can my wife sponsor me for study in canada ? will it create any
problem for getting student visa in canada?(i.e taking this sponship
as negative for getting canadian visa.)

3.Will i be able to enter in USA for visit while i am studing in
canada?

4.Is there any legal problem in this situation?

I will be greatfull to you if you can help me in this situation and
give me an proper direction with solving all my problem.

Thanks and Regards.

Shabbir.
