I had submitted a case-specific query 3 days back to CHC london but did not receive the automated email acknowledgement. I resent the query directly to their email id instead of using the webform but still did not get the automated email acknowledgement.

I submitted supporting documents in May-10, got my second AOR in Jul-10 and also my e-cas shows ' in-process' since Jul-10.

I requested CAIPS notes in November and that showed my PDSDEC to be '0' and the BF'd date to be 3-Jan-11.

Any thoughts on what could be happening with my case ?

Thanks.

We sent a query in January regarding my change of company name. There was no automated reply, but about 10 days later we got a reply saying they would make a note on their file and that an immigration officer would look at it. We never heard anything after that.

So I don't think you get an automated reply now - just a manual reply when they get round to looking at it.

Also I would recommend attending a CIIP course after you get med requests!
