dear all,

Does the work contract need notarizaion if it is in English language? Is it possible to send that copy unnotarized?
The notary puplic told me it is not necessary to notarize it since it is already in English, but I doubt if he really understands that it is only a copy and not the original.

Any clues?

Thank you

If you are referring to the MOL Labour Contract -- no, it's not required to be notarized.

Many thanks ei8ht. Yes, you are right. I'm refering to MOL Labour Contract. so do you mean it doesn't need notarization even if it is a copy?

Thank you again.

Yes.

Besides nobody would notarize it anyway, except MOL, counter#21, Al Qusais Office, costs AED 110+30, can be done only by the co. PRO.

However, not required.
