Is the cap reached for 3111

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a specialist physician (NOC3111) and I am ready to apply for permanent canada immigration. Considering the cap limitation, and the last update (on 22 Dec)which shows that 400 aplications have already been accepted in this field, is there any chance for me? As I know there is a lag in CIC updates. I am ready to send but I want to be sure that the cap has not reached yet.

its is likely to b capped by the mid or late november applications. but there is no harm takin a chance. give it a go who knows u might make it. the worst case wud b tht u will get rejection n ur package back n u will b ready to re apply for JULY 2012. moreover i think tht the lag has come down a bit.

It would my second file. My first which has been started in 2006 in Simplified group is still in the back log. So, if you are sure that the cap is reached, I do not make the risk of opening the second file.
