Hi
 I hav applied for PR and I received AOR a month back.My question is do i need to hold the funds in my bank account......till I receive PR...or Can I use them and arrange the funds after 2 r 3months......Please help..

You should be prepared to show you have the funds at any time, since CIC could ask you to provide proof at any time.

However, in practice, they don't usually ask to see proof of funds again until they're close to finalizing your application.

not really, just get a Bank Statement what you will be required to show at the time of interview

It is not mandatory the bottom line is that you must be having the money in your account whenever you are called upon to present your documents for assessment as i know that you would have applied using simplified application process.Also note that this fund must not be encumbered by debt or any responsibility.
