Hi,

Is the Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union form only for those is a common-law union? Therefore, it does not apply if a person is married and is sponsoring his/her spouse, h/she does not have to fill out that form. Correct??

Nevermind, I guess I've been looking at it way too much!

It is only needed for those that have co-signers. They must prove their relationship.
