Hi i sent my application to SINP early October 2010 and still waiting for LOA, is some body with the same time Line?

I have just applied for SINP and got file number in a week. Now waiting for further updates for SINP office..

Why LOA? Aren't you applying for PR? is LOA required for PR procedure?
