Dear Moeez,

Do you mean to say if a Seneca College student can work? it depends on a lot of factors. what is the status of the student? PR, Citizen or International student? if it is IS, he/she has to get a work permit to work and can work only 17 hrs part time job. For PR and Citizen, they can work anywhere in Canada and any number of hours.

1. Check 'Admission requirement' of your program (on school's website) and see if Cover Letter/SOP/CV/Reference letter required or not.
2. It's optional for you to send documents by mail or courier. Personally, I have an "extremely bad" experience with mail service (from India to British Columbia). So, I always prefer DHL courier.

With a diploma/certificate from LSBF, you are NOT eligible for;

1. PR under CEC and PNP.
2. Off Work Permit.
3. Post Graduate Work Permit.
