If the application is rejected by CIC, you are entitled to return of the landing fee. So, YES.

Dear yunusee

Pls write down yourtime table at the thread named-"WHO SENT MEDICAL AND RPRF IN BETWEEN AUGUST TO OCTOBER".
I am interested aout you coz u r also frm singapore CH
After sumission of RPRF,the rejection chance is tends to zero if you are not a criminal or murderer.
