Dear Members,

My spouse's past employers are MNC banks, on initial talk they have denied to give reference letters, is it compulsory to provide reference letters from past employers as releaving letters allmost include everything.

Please need your replies.

Reference letters are needed to prove your Job Duties.

If job duties are listed in relieving letter or employment letter then you are good else try hard for reference letters.

Also if you can not get that see what are the docs you can provide to convinceof your Job duties
