If you're a FSW applicant, it refers only to you (parents are not included). Family members refer to your spouse and children if you have one (not applicable if you're single). You need to submit 6 copies of your photo image. On the back of the 5 copies of your photograph, put your name and date of birth and also what is the date the photograph was taken. Leave the 6th copy blank (back). Smiley

Dear

6 photos of each family member.

Go through the checklist for documents to submit with application and act accordingly. Photos are compulsory

No need to fill-up forms not applicable to you considering you're single, like:

 Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP)
 Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada (IMM 5604)
 Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)
 Use of a Representative (IMM 5476), as you declared.

No need to make a letter explaining not using a representative.

Hi The photographs are absolutely important. Make sure you put them in Whit envelope and put in the package either attached to the mail Bar code form or separately with Photographs written on it. My Application was returned incomplete because they were not able to find the photographs, I had attached the envelope to the checklist and they were not able to find it.
