Hi

I have launched application last year based on part time (4 years 6 months) and full time (1 year) work experience. By now I have gained one more year full time work experience, could I show (or use) my current status with my existing application. My nationality is India.  I have claimed points based on education (25 points), part time plus full time (19 points), age (10 points) & English language ability (16 points – supported documentation stating that was living in Australia & did 2.5 years studying at Australia, was working in Australia during studying in part time job, and my previous education was taught in English), which qualified me for federal skilled application.

As its been a quite long time since I have heard from immigration office after receiving AOR, I am little worried whether my part time work experience would be taken in to  account for calculating the points and now that I have scored 12 points only in IELTS.

Could anyone please let  me know whether am I eligible (qualifying) for PR under Federal Skilled Worker Class ?

Thanks
Shyam
