Hi, i am a Bangladeshi citizen and  seving the government now. I have an official passport . Now my question to the senior is, may i proceed with this of my official passport for  immigration purposes? Or i need to take another normal  civilian passport for this purpose. Will the embassy stamp visa  on official passport?

No, Official and diplomatic passport don't work for immigration purpose. It needs ordinary passport so you should make the ordinary one .
