There is no point to force yourself into another NOC. If the ICI officer will not able to link the NOC and your current job then you will have issue, and may be the application will be rejected....its just advice..

Do remember that the figure is up to August
they have not started sept and Oct applications

If you make it, you definately will be in the last batch

The figure is upto 19 Oct. & not August (with this disclaimer: "The number of complete Federal Skilled Worker applications received as of October 19, 2010, is approximate.

NOTE: Because application intake fluctuates, these figures are meant as a guide only. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap.")

If you feel that your application is complete in all respects then you must definitely send it immediately as the CAP is still 261 short (approx.) for 1122. As it seems that many applications are being returned for incompleteness. CIO is very strict for all documents being complete & is rejecting even for slightest of errors.
