Looks like the visa office in Moscow, Russia, is out of business, or just not willing to conduct any. In autumn last year all of a sudden they just stopped issuing visas for FSW category. They seem to be not operating at all. Is it a sort of inter-governmental conspiracy? People are exhausted of waiting, those who have their medical examination to be expired soon send inquiries to the embassy, but all they got back in reponse is just a poor kiss-off excuse. They say 'background check' or something like that, but it is at least not true. The situation persists for like 8 months or so.
What is really hidden behind this outrageous dragging?

Yes may be Moscow VO is fast asleep, i am Post June applicant and it is already 5 months and i do not have any info from VO, is there anyone who got any info from them?

It looks like many VO are working much  slower for last 8 months.
Perhaps, they are slow not to overexceed annual quotas for these 2 years- 2010 and 2011.

Also who should send the first AOR Syndey or Moscow?Huh

That mean i could have a positive answer from Sydney but still have not got an AOR, because Moscow office is working slowly,
