Hi,

I found thru a link at DELFDIPLOMA DOT COM that the DELF Diploma or TEF/TCF has become mandatory for new applicants to people applying for Quebec immigration.

Can some one verify this?

Warm Regards.

Yes, starting 5 december 2011 all new quebec skilled worker applicants must submit proof of french ability (DELF/TEF/TEFaq). old applicants (prior to 5 December)  are not mandatory to do so, but they are encouraged to submit french diploma as well, to claim language point, and to be exempted from the interview.
