I came across a bitter truth that none of post June 2010 applicants (NOC 29) got visa so far even though the processing has been done until medicals in case of many applicants.

Also as I saw the google spreadsheet, the visa columns seems blank.

Am I right in my understanding?
What is holding CIO/VO back to issue visa to post June2010 applicants?

You are correct, no visas to date, but Grasshopper may be leading the pack shortly.  It probably won't be long before the first Visas appear - at least that is what everyone is hoping for.

If you look at Trackitt there are no. of post June/10 applicants who have received their visas.  Filter it by all nationalities all visa offices, the sort by application date.

OK...I ventured to the dark side and looked at Trackitt.  Proud to say I managed to do all the steps you suggested, PMM.  I saw two who had green lines and they both looked like they could have been student visas not FSW.  Do you think they may have accidentally been added to the wrong list?  Oh well, it was a refreshing change of scenery.  Thx.

Hi - I don't think there is any undue delay. After medicals visa office have to do security checks prior to issuing the visa - and this is going to take a month or two.

I think we'll be seeing the first post-June-26 visas at Manila and New Delhi by the end of this month. Other visa offices are behind those.

Dear Wyne,

Thanks for the answer and I hope we see the maple leaf staring flowing soon.

Seems you got your medical tomorrow...good luck..!!
I hope once it's done, you'd share medical details (what was checked, any preparation prior to medical & any other useful info.)

As being advised by some fellows, did u also have pre-medical to make sure things are fine etc.

As what we have speculated before, the new MI was not to really to fast track applications but to reduce the intake and with that they will be able to deal with their backlog wayback upto 2004.

By the way - a few short hours ago Grasshopper, a post-June-26 applicant from New Delhi, received his passport with his visa stamped in it! Smiley

The first of many, I hope....

Good.... @  congrats to "Grasshopper"...at least there is one among us who made it finally and too almost with in 8 months.

Well, how B05 & E00 (1st 3 digits of file no.) differ from each other?
Is it up to NOC category like B05 is into mgt. while E00 is a trade related profile?

We believe B05 were files which were added onto the original CAIPS system (and have subsequently had to be transferred to GCMS), whereas E00 file numbers are those which were added directly onto GCMS at CIO. Not 100% sure but that's the current theory! Smiley
