I just wanted to know if its possible to send my passport to canadian embassy in berlin by post?I want to know if the canadian embassy accept this and if they gonna send it back to me hier in canada?

Send it by courier.  Yes, they will accept as long as it is legal in Germany to send passports by courier.

Yes, always important to check the embassy website to see what courier companies they will accept.

hi, i deal with the same vo, and i also asked them before. in germany they only operate with dhl and outside only with fedex

it means that i can send my passport from canada to Berlin by DHL.i have never seen any fed ex company around my area in Germany.oh what i wanted to know is that my case is still in processing and i really dont know why it takes so long ?it has been now more than 14 months  and i havent got anything from the canadian office.I really dont know what to do?do you know how to put pressure and ask the embassy somehow?thanks

1.  Order CAIP NOTES - so you know what is happening with your file - you can do it your self for $5.00 or what i did was order it from here - http://caipsnotes.com/index.shtml (5 Weeks to get, but super detailed which includes any concerns what they might have on your file)
2.   Go down to your Local MP (member of parliment) office, you can fill out a form (take your ID), have client id and file number...they can get you status update (which in some cases does take your file out of Limno).  and it usually takes a week.

I would do both of the above asap

Ok I will go for it and i found another government website where you can do the same thing like caipsnotes.com for free and it takes only 30 days approximately.all you need is to print out that form and fill it out and send it to immigration office .but thanks for giving me this wonderful information

send your passport with fedex, they also operate in germany, i´ve seen them around and i live in a smaler town
