I have sent my application for skilled profeesional but just realised that the job description I sent was not detailed enough. My question is can I send an added sheet of my full job description while waiting for them to give me feed back. If yes how?

Yes you can however that depends on how long ago you sent your application, the speed of processing at CIO etc.

You can send the revised JD along with the confirmation sheet from your courier showing name of receiving agent, a cover letter explaining the omission.
