HI all!

Can someone tell me if its possible to extend my stay in Canada as a visitor after my 1 year visa as TFW expired?

I only found applications for extending the stay as worker if you are a TFW or as a visitor if you are a visitor... but nothing fits my situation!

Situation is: work permit expires today, I already applied for a WP in Vegreville but it might get rejected by the end of June.
Can I then - after the WP got rejected - apply for change of status / restore status as a visitor in order to remain in Canada?

thanks for your help!!!
