I want to ask that is it possible to add spouse once you have submitted your application?
My fiancée says that he will add application in few months and when we will get married, he'll add me as spouse. is it that simple? whats is the procedure for this?

Yes possbile.

filled required forms and submit required fees $550. and attach forwarding letter.

Send all docs for spouse in singlepackage send your mariage photos also they will definately ask you atlater stage.

If u don't mind then will you please help me in letting know that what step to take first to start immigration process. My fiancée is a pharmacist and is eligible in skilled worker class (category 1313). he'll be the prime applicant.
