Is it appropriate to give this answer during the interview? This is the truth and the caregiver will seriously work for the employer. The only thing is that the job was arranged by an aunt who happens to know the employer. Could this be interpreted as a fraud? What is the best answer to "how was your employment arranged?"
thank you!

Hi Serenta,

Or "How did you find your employer?"

Two things;
1.  Either through the net or agency. or
2.  Through a common acquaintance (which happens to be the aunt).

I prefer to pick the second one. The truth.  Nothing wrong with that.  It is always best to be honest with these types of applications/interviews.  And definitely will not be interpreted as a fraud coz as what you've said 'the caregiver will seriously work for the employer.'   Smiley
