I wanted to know if its ok to apply if u dont pay the term fees in advance?
Actually my classes start in May and the term fees only becomes due a few weeks before term starts and I have to apply for visa now. I know the case will be stronger if I pay the fees before hand, but I dont seem to have any option right now. Any suggestions?

there is no requirement as such.
But alternatively u will have to keep the same amount of money in bank account to show visa authorities that you have the required money

keep me updated.
Myself applying max end this week inshAllah.
In board and room and others, I am writing 30,000 as this is estimate of my university for the 1 year. I am having confusion over this amount as we only need to show 10,000 as other expenses.
I know I will incur less than 30,000 but my acceptance letter mentions this amount so i m posting that.
Wat abt u, what does ur acceptance letter say
And how much are you planning to show in q regarding available funds (do we include liquid fund or we also write property value approximations)

well my acceptance letter mentions my tution fees only for one year which is 20K.
There is no mention of room and board or other expenses, thats because the Uni does not offer hostels for graduate students.
Anyhow, im planning to mention approximately 8K for room and board and probably 6K for others. [apart from the tution fees]
Then again this is just an estimate and im still confused abt it.
And as far as funds available is considred, the above sums upto be 34K, so i think if i write 35K that wud be sufficient. My personal liquid funds are approx 25K, no valuation of property here, but then im being co sponsored by my uncle who's heavy bank statement will cover for rest of the expenses.
