Is it not possible getting a job offer outside canada. Urgent

Hi, I was looking for the best possible means of getting a canadian visa. Initially, i considered applying for PR as a Skilled Worker but after the accessment i found out that i am a little below the pass mark which is 67points. And the only thing that can take me above the the point is getting a job offer of which i have used almost all the websites for job seeking but as soon as they realise that i am not currently in canada they will not reply my mails again. Does it mean that it is not possible to get a job offer outside canada. Pls, i need it seriously and the best possible way of getting the job offer. Your help is highly needed.

Chances are very very slim to get a job offer if you are not in Canada that too with the global financial crisis..........

Thanx Nich. Just advice me on what to do now cos the time is limited for me cos of the exam i took.
