Hello friends

I have applied to Buffalo under Ontario PNP and waiting for AOR.

I included the copy of my nominee certificate with my application, did not include the original. Is this ok? or they require original?

I am just getting worried now thinking what if they return my application for this?

please be kind of advise and share your knowledge.

Regards,
Oron

You should send the original and keep a copy for your record.  See the post: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/buffalo-application-returned-by-the-time-alberta-nomination-deadline-is-passed-t58882.0.html

CIC may or may not return your application.  Good luck to you.

Orono - You are already in Canada, you do not need to send the Original. Saskatchewan mentioned that I am suppose to send the copy to Buffalo. Read what your Povince said. ON will forward a copy to BFFLO as well.

Friends, anyone from Ontario can confirm this please?

I was given an approval letter and a nomination certificate from ON PNP.

I have submitted original letter ( addressing to me) and copy of the certificate.

How it works for other provinces?

Anybody from ON submitted copy of PNP certificate? was it alright?

Please respond. It will be nightmare if they return the application.

They require the original copy. I suggest you call immigration right away. Or send the original copy now and write down in the envelope "Additional documents". But call first to be sure. Good luck!
