I also sent my transcripts (Notarized) copy but I got PER.My e-case status is RBVO for 11 months.I am so worried.I think you should wait and see for VO.I m waiting for that.

still confused , can any one present a clear picture about transcripts . yes its possible to get transcripts from university but what about school and higher secondary { twelfth}. guys , this would be helpful if some one can suggest what to do ? Undecided Undecided

As I know read the checklist of your VO. My VO Buffalo asked me for submit original transcripts of the all academic educational, I sent cover letter about 10th and 12th , I got from university and submitted, VO accepted those documents.
If VO asked about original transcripts you have to submit it or you can send written explaination why you are not submitting original transcripts.
Read my post in previous page I pasted link of NDVO checklist. there clearly mentioned on No.6 to submit original one.
see the manual kit there also mentioned original of transcript if available, notarized copies are also accepted but in past many applicants get request by local VO to submit original transcripts in sealed envelope by university... once VO request it try your best to submit as per VO instructions.
