Hi,

Can anybody tell me under which NOC category "Assemblers - Fiber Optics Cables" title fall and is it NOC B, C or D category. Do an international student can apply for a experience class under this category.

it appears that all the "assembly" occupations are skill level C, not eligible for CEC.
