Is it Easy to get a rental in Toronto
«

Hi guys,
I be moving to Canada soon and was wondering is it easy to get a place to rent in Toronto. How much would it cost me to rent a condo or a basement per month?
And at the mean time i would like to find out how much would i need a minimum amount to buy a House in Toronto.
Would it be 10% 15% or 20% ?
Thank you for your time.

Check craiglist for rental listings.
After your arrival, check with your banker how much you can borrow for buying a house.

Hi,
Renting a place in toronto is not easy, you have to show your credit history. If you are unable to show then you have to pay rent in advance. But for buying if you pay 20% of the house price most banks will give u mortgage.
If u need more info you can contact me @ livefaisal @ hotmail.com i am a professional realtor.
